Steve Moore
Keep Growing was birthed from the vision of Steve Moore. Steve has been working with leaders since 1988, building on practical leadership experience all over the world including Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and the Caribbean. In addition to writing and speaking, Steve has most recently focused on coaching leaders in the area of growth planning, life planning, role planning and legacy planning.
Robert Mallon
Senior Executive Coach
Robert Mallon is a nationally known, professional speaker and coach based in Atlanta, Ga. He has over 25 years of business experience, having worked internally in leadership positions within several nationally known organizations. He has won numerous awards for his management, leadership, and sales abilities.
Robert has always had great passion for "growing" people and companies and in helping them to live up to their full potential. This has turned into his life mission. Robert speaks in over 125 cities each year focusing primarily on leadership development. But his true talent is twofold; helping leaders define their unique, God-given purpose and then helping them to reach their full potential in short, focused cycles of time.
Dick Wynn
Independent Associate, Serving as Lead Consultant & Executive Coach
Dr. Richard Wynn has more than two decades of practical leadership experience as the President, founder and executive level staff member of national and global organizations. He has traveled to 67 nations of the world for the purpose of training leaders. He speaks regularly at major conferences and provides consulting services for national and international ministries.
Dr. Wynn has been a student of leadership over the past 25 years. He has written numerous articles and attended many executive leadership workshops and seminars. He is also a regular presenter at strategic leadership events.
Dr. Wynn has served on the boards YFC/USA, YFC International, Teen Ranch, Houghton College and The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
Dick and his wife Janet have two married children and four grandchildren.
Jim Copeland
Independent Associate Trainer and Coach
Dr. James (Jim) Copeland is the founder of True North Leadership International Ministries, in Denver, Colorado. He is passionate about developing others and has an extensive track record of mentoring and coaching leaders. Dr. Copeland has served on the Board of Directors for international organizations in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. He has launched organizations in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America, which has provided opportunity for speaking and training in more than thirty countries worldwide.
Dr. Copeland has also held executive positions in advertising, marketing, and non-profit organizations. His research, in the area of leadership, includes several national surveys and articles.
Jim resides in Westminster, Colorado, with his wife Denise and teenage sons James and Sterling.
Larry Moore
Independent Coaching Associate
Larry Moore has more than two decades of practical leadership experience ranging from the founding administrator of a K-12 private school to teaching business administration at the university level. In addition to an MBA, Larry has graduate degrees in Educational Administration and a Post Graduate Degree in Church Administration. He currently serves as General Director of the Office of Stewardship Ministries for The Wesleyan Church.
Larry is highly committed to personal growth and life long learning. He is passionate about helping others apply biblical principles of whole life stewardship through financial planning, legacy retirement planning and estate planning, with the goal of promoting financial fitness and generous living. Larry views personal growth as a critical step in this process.
Larry and his wife Karin reside in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Patti Shaffer
Independent Coaching Associate
Leadership is a thread that can be readily traced through Patti Shaffer's journey, from high school through college and into the marketplace. She has been involved in education and leadership training at the collegiate level, was elevated to significant positions of responsibility in business, and has owned & operated successful marketing businesses relating to nutritional awareness, health concerns and image consulting.
Because of her broad interests and public speaking abilities, she has been invited to participate in many forums, seminars and leadership or training conventions. Patti excels in effective verbal and written communication and has a passion to develop others. Years of informal mentoring have laid a strong foundation for Patti's role as a personal growth coach.
Patti and her husband Michael, currently reside in Celebration, Florida.
Chris Williams

Chris Williams is a passionate leader and effective communicator. As the lead pastor of Roxana Wesleyan Church in Frankford, Delaware, Chris has the opportunity to use his gifts and strengths to help people grow in their faith journey and reach their full potential in life.
Chris has been a student of leadership and practitioner of personal growth for over a decade. As a leader and coach his greatest desire is to see people reach their potential and accomplish their God-given dreams. Years of experience as a teacher and mentor have shaped and prepared Chris for his role as a Keep Growing Trainer and Coach.
Chris and his wife Marietta live in Frankford, Delaware along with their three children, Sean, Anika, and Elliot.
Ron Klopfenstein
Independent Coaching Associate
Ron Klopfenstein has been both a business leader and a volunteer minister for nearly thirty years. After graduating from Taylor University with a degree in Economics he worked in the communications and defense industries. Later, after earning a Master of Science in Business Administration he established a financial planning practice where he won several awards. In 1991, Ron bought the family business and in 1996 he became president of C.G. Klopfenstein Builders, Inc. The company has won both local and national awards in recent years.
Ron is an experienced trainer and passionate about investing in others through coaching and mentoring. He is currently focused on helping people connect their life passions with their destiny as well as integrating their faith life with their personal and business life. His balance of business and ministry experience make him a relevant and effective coach and communicator. Ron resides with his wife Lorene in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
