Description
In this coaching process you will develop a personal growth cycle, do a self-assessment, create a growth plan, enlist growth partners, evaluate growth progress and learn how to repeat the process for the rest of your life.
Recommended Sessions
We recommend a minimum of three sessions to accomplish the goals outlined above. Session one focuses on your personal growth cycle, identifying the barriers that could inhibit your personal growth as well as how to overcome them, processing your self-assessment and writing a first draft of your goals in the form of affirmation statements.
Session two involves refining your affirmation statements and outlining growth activities that will facilitate personal development related to each goal.
Session three addresses accountability partnerships and a specific appraisal strategy to measure your progress on each goal.
