1. We hold the content of the relationship with our clients as confidential. The names of our clients are confidential unless they permit us to use them.
2. When we enter into agreements with organizations, we regard its employees as our clients and respect their right to confidentiality.
3. While we operate from a faith-based perspective and view spirituality as an integral component of personal development, we will not force an agenda on our clients.
4. We will under no circumstances take advantage of a client personally, socially, sexually or financially.
5. We will under no circumstance break the law for our clients.
6. We neither claim nor imply professional qualifications that exceed those we possess.
7. We are attentive to our limitations and boundaries and only provide coaching services in processes that we are qualified by training and/or experience.
8. We will seek satisfactory referrals where needed to assist clients with qualified professional services we cannot provide.
9. We treat our colleagues, competitors and the coaching profession with respect.
10. We support the purpose, potential and dignity of every human being.
